DESCRIPTION:Chamber members are invited to join the Cranbrook Chamber of Commerce and the Canadian Rockies International Airport for a conversation with AIR CANADA regarding the recent changes to services between Cranbrook & Calgary.\n\n\n\nAir Canada's Serge Corbeil\, Director of Government Relations\, Local & Provincial will be on hand to address the concerns brought forward by the Chambers recent survey to our members which saw over 600 responses. \n\n\n\nREGISTRATION REQUIRED. This event is open to Chamber Members only. \n\n\n\nIf you are a Chamber member from another Chamber please contact us directly to be registered at kristin@cranbrookchamber.com \n\n\n\nSPEAKER BIO\n\nSerge Corbeil\n\nDirector\, Government Relations\, Western Region\, Air Canada\n\n\n\nWith over 25 years of government relations and communications experience in the private and public sectors\, Serge is currently Director\, Government Relations\, Western Region at Air Canada. Prior to joining Air Canada\, Serge was Director\, Government Relations for the Canadian Diabetes Association and before that worked as the Manager\, Government Relations for Insurance Bureau of Canada. Before moving to British Columbia\, he worked as Press Secretary and Special Assistant to the Minister of Labour\, Minister of Transport and a Member of Parliament in Ottawa.\n\n \n\nSerge played a key role in advancing the interests of government relations professionals as a member of the Advisory Committee of the B.C. Registrar of Lobbyists. He is currently a member of the board of directors for La Soci t  de d veloppement  conomique de la Colombie-Britannique\, an organization providing access to a wealth of services to the Francophone business people in the province and of the BC Chapter of the Public Affairs Association of Canada.\n\n \n\nSerge holds a Diploma of College Studies in Arts & Media Technology\, a bachelor's degree in liberal and business studies from Simon Fraser University and has completed several communications and public relations courses.
