About James: James Umpherson is the Managing Director of Integrated Economic Solutions Inc(IES). IES conducts research and delivers workshops to entrepreneurs\, businesses\, and economic development agencies in the areas of business start-up\, development\, growth\, and diversification\, policy development\, and capacity building modelling for communities. James has spent the last 20-years working with a diverse range of entrepreneurs\, businesses\, and organizations\, including a cross-section of local\, regional\, and First Nation governments\, economic development agencies\, and community organizations. He has delivered workshops on donations\, sponsorships for business and funding strategies for not-for-profits to a wide variety of audiences.
